![]() ![]() The browser reported Inbox message count is sticky, doesn't decline, or at least at a granularity of 1000 messages. Remember, you won't find the deleted emails once the days go past 7 since the deletion of emails. Now, you can find all the emails you've deleted. Step 2: After entering your email, you'll need to tap on the ' Trash ' icon on the left side. Spending the afternoon trying to delete Inbox and Trash down to < 10000 messages and reloading the thunderbird copy doesn't help. Step 1: To begin, navigate to AOL.com and enter your AOL account credentials there. I wish this was at thunderbird problem - I've patched lots of package code problems in tools found in the Yocto distro. I found a Yahoo mail tech number but they won't help an server that is NOT domain! ATT help couldn't help either. Granted it's pretty cheap at $24/years, but the 24/7 help that comes with it does not come with a phone number to call. ![]() I paid for additional help advertised on the browser. The browser client has the complete message log, going back to 2009 and using the web browser hovering over the Inbox folder shows 14000 messages which are visible when sorting from oldest, going back to 2009 instead of 2015. So for my second ATT account, I switched to IMAP and thunderbird created all of the folders and downloaded content from each, except the large Inbox which had 6 years clipped off, oldest mail after, thunderbird reported downloading exactly 10,000 messages. ![]() POP downloads a larger ATT ( actually) server's inbox, up to 15,000 emails at least, but won't download any of the folders, including the Sent folder! Not just a Yahoo/AOL issue I have the same problem with 2 different Yahoo/ATT accounts that have over 10000 emails when I used IMAP. ![]()
